Terms of service Rental Terms of Service BDS Machining LLC dba BDS Beach Rentals provides these Terms of Service to outline the responsibilities and expectations for the rental of B-Wagon beach carts ("Equipment"). By proceeding with a rental, you agree to adhere to these terms.Please read them carefully before proceeding. 1. Rental Terms     •    Rental Period: The rental period begins when the B-Wagon is received and ends upon its return.     •    Rental Fee: All rental fees must be paid in full prior to use.     •    Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required to cover potential damages or loss. 2. Proper Use of Equipment The following guidelines are established to ensure the safe and appropriate use of the B-Wagon beach cart:     •    The B-Wagon is designed exclusively for transporting belongings and is not intended to carry passengers or pets.     •    The Renter is responsible for monitoring the B-Wagon at all times during the rental period.     •    The B-Wagon is intended for outdoor use.     •    The B-Wagon must not be removed from designated permitted areas or recreation areas specified at the time of rental.     •    The B-Wagon must be operated responsibly, with caution to avoid collisions, damage, or harm to individuals or property.     •    The B-Wagon must be returned in a clean and dry condition to avoid additional cleaning charges. 3. Renter Responsibilities     •    The Renter is responsible for equipment while it is in their possession.     •    The equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.     •    The Renter will be liable for repair or replacement costs if the equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen. 4. Prohibited Uses The B-Wagon may not be:     •    Used in water or submerged under any circumstances.     •    Modified, altered, or tampered with in any way.     •    Operated recklessly or in violation of local laws and regulations. 5. Limitation of Liability BDS Machining LLC dba BDS Beach Rentals is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of the B-Wagon. By renting, the Renter assumes full responsibility for its operation and releases the Company from any claims related to its use. 6. Return Policy     •    The B-Wagon must be returned by the agreed-upon time. Late returns may incur additional fees.     •    Failure to return the B-Wagon may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and additional charges for replacement. 7. Small Business Disclaimer BDS Machining LLC dba BDS Beach Rentals is a small business with limited resources. While we strive to accommodate all customer needs, we cannot guarantee inventory availability for every occasion. We will make every effort to fulfill your order; however, in the event we are unable to do so, your card will not be charged. Should we need to cancel your order, you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business. 8.
